I upgraded my room to Charleston Executive because I brought my elderly parents by contacting the hotel, because I happened to buy a non-refundable one, thank God they helped me.. The hotel atmosphere is pleasant, although the road to the hotel is a bit of an effort, you need to have driving skills especially when returning because there are steep and winding inclines.. but overall it was great, the staff was helpful, the room was clean, everything was pleasant.. great 👍👍

Outdoor music events are very disturbing until 11pm. Events like that should be held in a closed hall so as not to disturb those who want to rest.

This was my second stay. I got a room in the middle, but you can request a room near the trees (luckily, they were still available, hehe). I tried the breakfast package, and it tasted pretty standard.

The hotel is recommended, but access is a bit difficult as you have to pass through a village. The mountain atmosphere is immediately apparent upon entering the resort area. The rooms are clean and spacious with standard hotel amenities. There's a playground, bunny land, and a safe swimming pool for children. The food is delicious and affordable, and the hotel service is also excellent.

A hotel with great views and amenities, with plenty of seating at every spot to relax. The food at the restaurant is reasonably priced. There's a fairly large indoor children's playground. A large swimming pool with natural views. Make sure your vehicle is in good condition, as the road to the location is uphill. The staff are friendly and helpful.

It's good, but the room I stayed in yesterday was made of plywood, not a wall, so the sound from the next room could be heard, so it wasn't comfortable because it was noisy.

It's located on the access road to Puncak, so it's bound to be congested on weekends. It's also quite far from the main road. However, the rooms are nice, the air is fresh, and there are lots of gardens. If you wake up early, you can take a leisurely walk to get some fresh air.

For good service, the view is no need to ask, it's really beautiful, the area is wide, but the road to the location is really steep, but on the way home, ask the local shopkeeper for a different road, it's not too steep, just go around.
