The hotel is good as it is located in a pretty strategic location. First, it is located in a popular tourist destination. There are several tourist spots near the hotel. Second, it is located near a public transport (station). Third, it is surrounded by many stores, restaurant (both the "neat" one and also the local version, the one which the seller is using a tent to sell), convenience store. Forth, their food was pretty enjoyable as well. They also could give a free shuttle to station (it may be not listed as one of their services, but eventually we got it by asking it), which means that their service really is great. We really had a great stay in this hotel.

Everything is perfect. This is the fourth time we stayed in Kotta Hotel Semarang. Walking distance from Tawang train station and surrounded with some delicious cafes and culinary.

This is my 3rd time staying here and it is highly recommended for those who want to stay in Semarang. It is close to everywhere, the facilities and cleanliness are really the best. The staff are also super friendly and helpful! Not to mention the breakfast is also delicious, you can choose your own menu.

I booked an extra bed, but the room was a bit cramped. Next time, I'd rather just book two rooms. But I'll definitely book here again if I go to Semarang. The room was really cute. The breakfast was also made to order.

This is my third or fourth time staying here and I've always been treated to friendly staff. It's close to Tawang Station. The surrounding area is very Instagrammable. They now offer self-check-in, but hopefully the staff will still be helpful.

The hotel staff are all okay (the receptionist) their faces look tired hehee the others are friendly. Nice room got a sunrise view from the room. The first charter style food was confusing because it was too early for breakfast but it was delicious. The most exciting thing about this hotel is that it is aesthetically pleasing to go anywhere in the old city. Staying here is perfect if you want to tour the old city because it will be tiring to walk so go back to a hotel near the center like Kotta hotel is suitable. Oh yeah, unfortunately the hotel doesn't provide Netflix yet 🥹. Wifi is great. AC is cold.

The hotel has a nice view because it's located in Semarang's Old Town area. The staff is friendly and the service is good. We were helped with early check-in and checked in our luggage because we were from out of town. If we go to Semarang again, we'll definitely stay here again.

The hotel is minimalist and very compact. It's strategically located in Kota Lama, near the station. If you want to take beautiful photos of Kota Lama, you can just walk outside the hotel. There's also an Indomaret right in front of the hotel. Breakfast is à la carte and a mini buffet. The shower and toilet are separate. Unfortunately, there are no hangers in the shower area. Other than that, it's okay.
