Dear valued guests, We apologize for the less than impressive attitude of our family during your stay. We will use this incident as a learning experience to improve our hospitality. We will also take this opportunity to respond to your review. We hope that your review and our response can be a consideration or guide for other guests in booking our homestay. Homestay Location: Because our homestay is located quite far from the main road and has alley access, it is not possible for guests with cars to enter the homestay. We will try to contact our central partner to help describe it so that guests can better understand. On the other hand, because the location is not so close to the main road, the situation is quieter and more comfortable, avoiding the hustle and bustle of traffic. Alley Access: We have installed several lights for illumination. There are still dark areas in some areas, we will try to discuss this with neighbors and add lighting to those areas. It would be a good idea to equip ourselves with flashlights or simply use the flashlight feature on your cellphone. We will also rethink the handling of dog waste in the alley. Since most of us (local residents) keep dogs and don't keep them confined, we need to be careful in our steps. Room cleanliness: we feel it's adequate for our current standards and we will definitely strive to improve in the future. We don't provide a TV. Wi-Fi is available with a stable network and a hot water kettle. We have even upgraded our facilities by providing a mini refrigerator. This is our response to your review.
