My stay at Hotel Paradiso was an extraordinary experience. Although it's a slightly dated five-star hotel, the cleanliness and amenities were exceptional. Been here a few times. A 5-star hotel in its time, but still very good for today's standards. There is a separate shower and bathtub which is rarely found in hotels with the same price. The location is close to everywhere, so I usually put this hotel on my itinerary for the last few days, so it's close to the airport. Not exactly beach front but access to the beach is close, just roll past the side and you're there. The pool, although not big, is really designed beautifully like a lagoon, great for lying on a sunbed while reading a book. The breakfast is delicious and varied. But try ordering oxtail soup from the room service, it's really delicious! The mattress and pillows are just right, the room is also quite soundproof, perfect for resting after various activities in Bali. Anyway, my best sleep in Bali was at Kuta Paradiso 🥰

We only stayed for two nights, but the service and facilities were very good. We were lucky to get a room upgrade, which was a bonus. Also, the staff was friendly and helpful, not to mention that the shuttle to and from the hotel was excellent. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

My first time staying at this hotel, I was given friendly, humble, and very helpful service. From the fast check-in process to the clean room and bathroom, my room was unfortunately in the corner, so it didn't have a balcony. The swimming pool and gym facilities are good. They also offer a pick-up service from the hotel to the airport. I was dropped off by the friendly and helpful staff, Mr. Komang Widane, to the airport. It's definitely worth staying at this hotel again. Good, I hope it stays that way.

old hotel no service from staff. probably they have been working there for so long. no hospitality service. they chit chat each other.. hehehe. they asked deposit upon check in.. hmmm at this modern hotel industry still asked for deposit while room already paid and some paper to sign?? no paperless just like other 5* hotel.. yet it was taking sometimes to process with deposit... registration form.

A good hotel for its time. Checkout may be too early at 11am. Most hotels I've stayed in have check-out times at 12pm. There's an additional charge for children under 7. The pool attendants could be friendlier to customers. I found it a bit different. Overall, the hotel's surroundings are nice.
