Old hotel but with excellent service. Followed the Health Protocol. Fast check in and checked out. Cooperative employees from front office, HK, and FB. All special request I've ordered full fill great fully. Connecting rooms (the view was spectacular) and Graduation treat. Thank You Aston Solo. It was my second visit and will be visit again.

It was a brief stay on my way to take my eldest back to her ‘pondok’ … and parting with her has never been easy. Thanks to very kind and helpful staff members who assisted since I arrived (after 5hrs of traffic jams) up until I had a difficult time ordering a taxi to go to the train station after I checked out. Oh plus the superb Iga Bakar as my super late dinner, a room service menu delivered in a blink. All that makes it a very comforting transit, I must say!

I ordered family room which contains 3 single bed. The room is clean and comfort enough. The facilities in the room were complete. I love the breakfast that they are served, it has various menus and it has good taste. Also, The staff over there is friendly. Grand HAP maybe is not a big hotel but the facilities is very complete, there are swimming pool, fitness center and spa. I would stay in Grand HAP if I visit solo again.

Quite enjoyable stay, for the price, the best part for me is extra pillows, there are 4 pillows in the bed. But the room is too tight, almost no room for putting praying mat, maybe can put the bed close to the wall instead. The most noticeable note is the hot shower, its doesn't works, is just make the water not cold, but not even warm. But overall is good place for the price not far from place of interest and its in the main road.

it's a very nice place for a backpacker with affordable price. the owner and the house keeper are so helpful. its location is also in strategic area. they provide wifi, running water, prayer mat and free mineral water outside the room. the room is clean and tidy. I also love the neighbourhood..

Lokasi jauh. Rumahnya besar. Tidak ada air minum, kami tidak menyediakan kata penjaganya tapi akhirnya dikasih. Kamar mandinya ada 2, menurut saya kurang bersih kamar mandinya. 1 di dalam kamar utama. Menggunakan bathtub tapi mandinya pake gayung 😅 dan 1 lagi di luar kamar. Kamar mandi yang di luar kamar, bak mandinya ada jentik-jentik. Kami sampai ingin mandi dan istirahat tapi harus membersihkan dan menguras bak terlebih dahulu. Ga ada wifi kata penjaganya. Anak-anak mulai kesel. Saya telepon owner menanyakan wifi katanya ada dan memberikan username dan id. Ternyata wifi itu ada di rumah penjaga bukan ditempat kami nginap. 😅.
