Staffs are very friendly. They even offered a free ride to ferry terminal next to the hotel building because it was raining the day when I checked out. Will definitely stay at Harris again if I go back Batam.

Affordable price with a very comfortable hotel to stay. Very friendly and quick response from the staff, receptionists, house keeping, and breakfast lounge staff who were very helpful and nice. The food was great and varied every day. Definitely would love to stay in Eska Hotel if I travel to Batam. Thank you!
