Such an amazing experience for stay in grandika hotel pemuda, their staff so warm and welcome but I didn't get big bed that I request on my order, swimming pool so gorgeous when sunset coming, they serve delicious food for breakfast, hopefully I can return again with my family.

It's located at the center of the city with many options of culinary spot within 10 mins range by car or you can easily order it online. Superb clean accommodation and great service. The downside is only the basement parking space, but you can also park outdoor.

It surprised me for the first time. To enter the lobby, we must go to car park than got welcomed in lobby. What an experience in first impression; I was like superstar who came to hotel but from secret way, hahahaha. Centrally located in Jalan Pemuda, close by to Simpang Lima and malls. Design of the the hotel is kinda cool, room is clean and neat. Outdoor pool in the rooftop is the highlight of the hotel. Sunset view is awesome. What I donโt like (and its pretty crucial) is the wall is so air thin, that you can hear peopleโs sound beside the room. This is rather not very convenient especially if you get some noisy neighbor.

The location of the Hotel was so Amazing. They have sports stadium just behind the hotel with walk access. The location near by Simpang 5 park. Itโs a good place also for walking or hang out during your stay on Semarang. The design of the hotel is good for myself. Simple and felt like home. The staff good and friendly. Itโs the most points. Just have disappointed with the water shower. Itโs worse because they have 2 ways. The water not really strong. When we have shower, the water will be go anywhere. I'm so happy to stay in the first night at Holiday Inn Express Semarang in room 1206, that's why I decided to extend another one night here. The cleanliness is excellent. The only problem is only coming from 2 things. 1st coming from the smell from the towel. Before I used the smell was like mold. And 2nd the guy in the front office not so nice compared to the girls and the young guy (I forgot his name, but I think he is the older) maybe it because when I coming to the reception I was wearing short pants, flip flop, and mess shirt. As a person who also works in hospitality please do not classify people by how they look. The guest is always a guest. Don't show them any fake smiles. But overall I love the food, the cleanliness, the security system from the entrance is amazing.

Water 's supply for shower 's good, the toilet flush works just well, the AC is working fine, the WIFI connection is so so, suits the price. But if you're a hygiene freaks, this isn't for you. The bathroom isn't the cleanest, the room 's smells kind of unpleasant.

I really like this hotel. The room was cozy and really clean. The breakfast just had a few varieties of food, but the taste was good. One thing that really disappointed me was the kitchen staff. I stayed for 3 days, but the first breakfast was really disappointing. They served a cold chicken porridge, and I talked to the staff. The staff just said "Yes, it's commonly served cold" and left us. It made me feel so upset because of the unprofessional staff. But the next day, the staff was better and friendly.
