Had a wonderful two night stay here. All were functioning properly. I love the swimming pool and the freezer facility as well. I could put my pempek & bakso sony there. The staffs were all friendly and helpful. They sprayed coffee scented air freshener once I told them the room smelled like cigarettes. The wifi was working great! The TV as well! I love how it situated close to the minimarkets and restaurants. The room was ideal for 1-2 persons. The bathroom and bedroom is relaxing. The room was designed to be in dim light, the only bright lamp was the desk one. Might need some time to adjust. Oh, the city view was also a dream! I've been missing of seeing this scenery. Definitely a great experience of staycation. Bravo, Whiz Prime Lampung! You're doing a great job.

I stayed for 1 night, attending a friend's wedding that happened at the same hotel. There was no expectation, and we (me and hubby) choose it because of the venue of the wedding ... as not to complicate things, it's better to stay where the wedding venue was. Came without any expectation, we were surprised with a delicious welcoming chocolate cake in the room. Room was pool-side view which was eye-refreshing ... and what I liked most was the bed, the bed, and the bed ... hihi. Bed and pillows were so comfortable. Breakfast was also awesome .. lots of variety of food and beverages, unfortunately I could not find local specific (Lampung) food. I think Lampung has it's own specific dishes ... like tekwan? mpek2? otak2? Anyway ... overall, it's a five starts stay for me. Thank you Emersia ... we plan to return with the kids and my parents for a family holidays.

Not worthy of being a 3 star hotel, lots of stains on the floor and carpet, bad smell, blankets with lots of stains. There were cockroaches in the bathroom. Broken water tap. Not recommended to stay. I immediately moved hotels as soon as I saw the room.

service pelayanan staff sudah bagus,
tipe gedung sudah lama, tapi manajemen sudah berganti, sehingga menjadi lebih modern,
lokasi sangat strategis, di samping hotel ada SPBU dan mesin ATM, seberang hotel ada 2 store oleh2 lampung, samping hotel terdapat alfamart,
kamar sangat luas untuk one bed size, terdapat jendela juga, ada lemari, kaca besar, dan pemanas air, untuk bathroom, terdapat hot water, tetapi tidak ada kulkas.
minus nya adalah cuman satu, untuk kasur tidak terlalu empuk, busa kasur tipis, jadi agak berasa per kasur nya saat tidur.
overall cukup bagus untuk menginap selama 4 hari 3 malam.
