I always choose Tentrem Semarang every time I visit the city, and it never disappoints. The staff are consistently friendly and helpful, making me feel genuinely welcome from the moment I arrive. The breakfast selection is impressive, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start the day right. The hotel is spotlessly clean, which adds to the comfort of the stay. One of my favorite features is the pool—it's beautifully maintained, spacious, and perfect not just for relaxing, but also for doing some proper swimming practice. It's rare to find a hotel pool this good! Tentrem Semarang continues to be my top choice, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the city.

We had such a delightful and impressive experience staying at Padma Hotel Semarang. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the hotel staff. What truly stood out was their excellent service; every staff member we encountered, whether at the front desk, hallways, or restaurant, was friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their hospitality made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. The facilities were another highlight that made us fall in love with the hotel. We stayed in the Deluxe Room with a bathtub, and it exceeded our expectations. The room was spotlessly clean, well-equipped, beautifully scented, and we were lucky to get one with a stunning view. The kids’ playground offered various safe and fun options for children, which was perfect since our visit coincided with the school holiday season. There were also plenty of activities for children, making the experience enjoyable not only for parents but especially for our little ones. About the food; honestly, everything was delicious! There wasn’t a single dish we didn’t like. Huge thanks to the chef and the entire kitchen team for serving such high-quality meals. During breakfast, the restaurant staff were also incredibly efficient and attentive. Although we had a packed itinerary, and our child didn’t get the chance to enjoy the foam party at the kids' pool, we are already planning to return in the future. It surprised me for the first time. To enter the lobby, we must go to car park than got welcomed in lobby. What an experience in first impression; I was like superstar who came to hotel but from secret way, hahahaha. I'm so happy to stay in the first night at Holiday Inn Express Semarang in room 1206, that's why I decided to extend another one night here. The cleanliness is excellent. The only problem is only coming from 2 things. 1st coming from the smell from the towel. Before I used the smell was like mold. And 2nd the guy in the front office not so nice compared to the girls and the young guy (I forgot his name, but I think he is the older) maybe it because when I coming to the reception I was wearing short pants, flip flop, and mess shirt. As a person who also works in hospitality please do not classify people by how they look. The guest is always a guest. Don't show them any fake smiles. But overall I love the food, the cleanliness, the security system from the entrance is amazing.

The location of the Hotel was so Amazing. They have sports stadium just behind the hotel with walk access. The location near by Simpang 5 park. It’s a good place also for walking or hang out during your stay on Semarang. The design of the hotel is good for myself. Simple and felt like home. The staff good and friendly. It’s the most points. Just have disappointed with the water shower. It’s worse because they have 2 ways. The water not really strong. When we have shower, the water will be go anywhere. I only stayed here for 1 night and very enjoyed the hotel. what I loved from this hotel is the skypool and their breakfast menu. They have a lot of menu to try. View from skyline while we eat our breakfast was so refreshing. Taste of the food all great, no wonder if this hotel awarded with best food hotel back in 2019. The room was clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room is clean and tidy. The water heater works well, the water flow is strong. There are not many TV channels that can be watched and it is a shame that the Wi-Fi is very slow. But for the price of 250 - 350 thousand rupiah, it can be said that the hotel is quite good.
