Although from the front it looks less well maintained because it is an old hotel, but after entering it is comfortable and the environment inside the hotel is clean, the rooms and swimming pool are also clean.
The location of the hotel is very close to Seminyak Beach, several mini markets and shops and cafes.
The location around the hotel is always busy but inside the hotel is comfortable and quiet, suitable for a family hotel, complete facilities, there is a towel rack in front of each room, there is a garden & terrace to relax, there is a bathtub and a mini fridge.

Urban Style Biz Premier (Formerly Berry Biz Hotel)
Awesome place to stay! Too bad we were not able to try their breakfast but I am pretty sure it's sumptuous. We checked in late and so we decided to have dinner at their resto which has been a wise decision because the food is really yummy. A welcome drink is a plus. Very nice room and so comfy. Highly recommended not only because of the food and excellent service but also because this place is just near to the airport. Very convenient for those who booked an early flight like us.🙌

Very good location at the heart of Kuta. Plenty of Mini Marts around the hotel. Hotel is not brand new, but they came with very comfortable bed and shower room. Smoking corner is located just outside, very convenient. Pool located at the high floor, let you relax and enjoy the sun and silence. From the hotel, just a short 1-10mins walk, you can reach to all the chillax places. Will recommend this hotel to others 😊

The room was spacious, the only thing that different compared to when I stay here in January 2021 is the air conditioning was not cold. But the reception was stunning to explain and solve the problem
