Kudos for your GM! He's a great leader, and some of the department heads were truly beyond my expectations. From the beginning, while we arrived, the GM was the first person who greeted us. Continued to have a pleasant experience while checking in/out so smoothly, and we got a little surprise when we entered our room that celebrated our anniversary. It's been a pleasure to have had memorable moments while staying at this property. Keep continuously creating the legendary services. Thank you for your warm hospitality.

New hotel so very clean and at its shape. Really worth the money. Remarkable view from our bedroom at 16th floor as you can see in the photo. Will absolutely recommend it to friends and family if they visit Malang.

My experience here is very pleasant and satisfying. Quiet location and close to cafes hangout in the restaurant. Clean rooms. Friendly service. Everything makes us and our family choose to stay here again if we are in Malang.
