Yesterday, I was able to check in early for free and received complimentary snacks, which were plentiful and delicious! The location is very strategic, right in front of the Satria Sports Hall and there's plenty of street food just a short walk away. Great service and strategic location!

The welcome for guests was exceptional. The front desk offered luggage-carrying services. While waiting in line for the elevator to the basement, the staff offered alternatives. When we needed something, the surrounding area was well-equipped with a wide selection. When we requested changes, the front desk was very cooperative in accommodating customer requests (from breakfast to sahur). The service during sahur was also quite exceptional. Coincidentally, our family has a special need, and the staff offered special assistance. Besides the more than ample selection of sahur meals, hopefully, Aston will continue to improve in the future.

The hotel is new, the staff are all friendly and very helpful, the rooms are clean and cleaned daily, the sheets are changed, the towels are changed every day, the drinking water is refilled every day, the bathroom is cleaned even if not requested. Breakfast is two portions per room, because I was alone, one portion can be taken away, very cool, so it saves money on food on the way home. Good job, Hotel Vienna. Every time you enter or exit the lobby, no matter what time, you are always greeted and the door is opened with a smile.
