We had such a delightful and impressive experience staying at Padma Hotel Semarang. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the hotel staff. What truly stood out was their excellent service; every staff member we encountered, whether at the front desk, hallways, or restaurant, was friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their hospitality made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. The facilities were another highlight that made us fall in love with the hotel. We stayed in the Deluxe Room with a bathtub, and it exceeded our expectations. The room was spotlessly clean, well-equipped, beautifully scented, and we were lucky to get one with a stunning view. The kids’ playground offered various safe and fun options for children, which was perfect since our visit coincided with the school holiday season. There were also plenty of activities for children, making the experience enjoyable not only for parents but especially for our little ones. About the food; honestly, everything was delicious! There wasn’t a single dish we didn’t like. Huge thanks to the chef and the entire kitchen team for serving such high-quality meals. During breakfast, the restaurant staff were also incredibly efficient and attentive. Although we had a packed itinerary, and our child didn’t get the chance to enjoy the foam party at the kids' pool, we are already planning to return in the future. The location of the Hotel was so Amazing. They have sports stadium just behind the hotel with walk access. The location near by Simpang 5 park. It’s a good place also for walking or hang out during your stay on Semarang. The design of the hotel is good for myself. Simple and felt like home. The staff good and friendly. It’s the most points. Just have disappointed with the water shower. It’s worse because they have 2 ways. The water not really strong. When we have shower, the water will be go anywhere. And it’s not saving water. 😂 I staying on room 1112. If you can fix the water shower. I will be happy. Saving water is important. Kind Regards, Adi

I'm so happy to stay in the first night at Holiday Inn Express Semarang in room 1206, that's why I decided to extend another one night here. The cleanliness is excellent. The only problem is only coming from 2 things. 1st coming from the smell from the towel. Before I used the smell was like mold. And 2nd the guy in the front office not so nice compared to the girls and the young guy (I forgot his name, but I think he is the older) maybe it because when I coming to the reception I was wearing short pants, flip flop, and mess shirt. As a person who also works in hospitality please do not classify people by how they look. The guest is always a guest. Don't show them any fake smiles. But overall I love the food, the cleanliness, the security system from the entrance is amazing.

I only stayed here for 1 night and very enjoyed the hotel. what I loved from this hotel is the skypool and their breakfast menu. They have a lot of menu to try. View from skyline while we eat our breakfast was so refreshing. Taste of the food all great, no wonder if this hotel awarded with best food hotel back in 2019. The room was clean. All staff were friendly and informative. Will be back here for sure. Keep the good work!

Saya booking 2 kamar Superior untuk 1 malam. Karena banyak kegiatan di luar hotel, jadi kamar hanya untuk beristirahat di malam hari hingga pagi. Meski hanya sebentar, namun saya merasakan kenyamanan saat berisitirahat. Berada di lingkungan Kampus Undip, lokasi hotel ini sangat strategis. Meski berada di jalan utama namun tidak terlalu bising.
Staf yang melayani sejak datang hingga pulang sangat ramah dan membantu.
