Atmosphere/Facilities: The hotel is very clean and fragrant, the facilities are very complete, and what we really like is the swimming pool and gym. Food: The food is very tasty and delicious with a complete menu. Staff Assistance: The staff officers are very enthusiastic in helping us. Highlights: A very valuable experience to be able to stay at this hotel. Price: The price is very cheap and worth it. We have been coming back to Sheraton Gandaria a few times now and it consistently delivers. This recent visit with my wife and two kids was a comfortable, enjoyable stay from start to finish. The club lounge was the highlight for us. Staff there were attentive and genuinely helpful throughout... the kind of service that makes you feel well looked after without being over the top. The rest of the hotel staff were equally pleasant and easy to deal with. The pool was great, kids had a good time. Room was clean, well-maintained, and everything was in order. Solid choice if you want a reliable family staycation in South Jakarta. We will be back.

I stayed for 2 days in a family room, the room was very big/spacious, clean, there were 3 beds that were also big, the bathroom was separate from the toilet so it was nice, no need to queue if someone had to go to the toilet, towels and toiletries were complete and clean. The food in the restaurant was very varied from western to traditional, my kids really liked it there. Incidentally, I have stayed there twice, last year. That's why I took this hotel again, the access is very easy, there are 2 big malls that are shopping options. The staff is friendly and quick to respond, when the bathroom fan broke down they were quickly fixed, needed an iron quickly delivered, basically very satisfied. Next time if I have a staycation with my family, God willing, I will be at this hotel again. Maintain or improve the service. Thank you.

We stayed at this service apartment with our family and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was spacious, very clean, and comfortable, which made our stay very enjoyable. Its location is close to the city centre with easy accessibility to various places. The staff were helpful throughout our stay. We also loved the pool and the gym, which were both great to use. The staff are all friendly, the cleanliness is very clean from the room to the toilet, the AC is very cold, the water heater is very well functioning and this is what I need while staying at the hotel, the strategic area, near Blok M Square, just go through the Blok M tunnel entrance right in front of the hotel, there are many vendors if you want to eat, just choose, close to everything, the view is also very good, coincidentally the view of the Gojek office and Blok M Square, I am not detailed about the quality of the hotel, as long as it makes me comfortable staying there, then it is the best for me to come stay again, thank you, this is my best experience for the first time in Jakarta.
