KR hotel is the best hotel I have ever visited because the standard of service like a five-star hotel makes staying so pleasant especially for me who stays with toddlers and 7-month-old babies. The rooms are very clean, spacious, comfortable, room service cleans the room twice a day plus changing bed sheets, adding mineral water, replacing toiletries, and all of them are free. I, who initially only stayed 3 days, added another day because my toddler didn't want to go home. Vacationing is fun, satisfying service, all staff are friendly and alert if needed. If I go to Palembang again, I will stay here again

No need to wander around looking for food, and the portions are generous and delicious. The staff is responsive and friendly, and the hotel is safe and comfortable. A great choice for a great price. Always successful, highly recommended.

Affordable price and clean. I forgot to mention that the staff was friendly also. The room's clean and the bed sheet too. I love to stay here for my next visit. The homestay was near to Rajawali Village where you can find places to chill and to fill your empty stomach.

I have repeatedly extended the duration of my stay, because even though the price is affordable, the facilities provided are also okay. The location is not far from busy centers, such as PTC. Very comfortable. Clean room, clean bathroom, cold AC, TV on, get towels and minerals. The room is quite appropriate. Friendly staff, ample parking. There is an elevator. The building is still new and the restaurant is still in the process of being built. The location is in Dempo, a bit inside. But it is still easy to find and quite strategic. Recommended for those looking for comfortable and cheap accommodation.
