KR hotel is the best hotel I have ever visited because the standard of service like a five-star hotel makes staying so pleasant especially for me who stays with toddlers and 7-month-old babies. The rooms are very clean, spacious, comfortable, room service cleans the room twice a day plus changing bed sheets, adding mineral water, replacing toiletries, and all of them are free. I, who initially only stayed 3 days, added another day because my toddler didn't want to go home. Vacationing is fun, satisfying service, all staff are friendly and alert if needed. If I go to Palembang again, I will stay here again

The building is still new and the restaurant is still in the process of being built. The location is in Dempo, a bit inside. But it is still easy to find and quite strategic. Recommended for those looking for comfortable and cheap accommodation.
