My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Sheraton Bandung. The service was great, the staffs are friendly and really helpful and the food was also delicious. For those who like to stay in peace like me who is currently on guidance and going back and forth to the Unpad building next door, this is a suitable place, comfortable and safe, the surrounding atmosphere is cool with lots of trees, good service, extraordinary cleanliness, all the staff are friendly and quick, especially the security who wants to go out, we are given information on how to enter and exit the hotel if we come home after 9 pm, even though there is a portal at night there is no problem entering the hotel area, in fact it is good for security, even things are delivered to the room. When I ordered pizza, I was given free infused water and light snacks. The ladies who served me were cute, friendly, and patient when I was fussy about the menu. I just found out that this cafe has a hotel even though I often go to Unpad Imam Bonjol. Next time I'll go to Prof. for guidance, God willing, I'll stay here again. I'm also just a short walk to Unpad Dipati Ukur. Keep up the good service, okay? 😍😍 I rarely give reviews, but this time I'm very satisfied staying here.
