Staff is very nice and accommodating. They will help out in any way they can, be it something to do with your stay or not. The receptionist manning the WhatsApp number is very fast as well, they responded within 10 mins. The ambiance of the surrounding is so beautiful, the waves crashing over the rocks really soothes and relaxes you.

We had a wonderful stay at Katamaran Hotel and a really great experience overall. The room we booked had a small water issue at first, but it was handled super fast and very professionally—no fuss, no stress at all. All the staff are incredibly kind and welcoming. From the moment we arrived, we felt like part of the family. The food at The Sail restaurant was amazing, and a special shout-out to the chefs who made tumis kangkung and es teler especially for us. My husband absolutely loved it! The swimming pool is great, and the sunset views are just beautiful. Everything about our stay was memorable, and we’ll definitely come back again and again. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else! Highly recommended!

An amazing stay.. All the hotel staff are very friendly and kind.. Especially Mrs. Sasa and Mrs. Lidya are very responsive and really understand what the guests want, so everything feels very comfortable and impressive service.. Initially only wanted to stay 1 night before going to Gili Trawangan Island, but ended up staying 2 nights. The road to the beach is just crossing with a beautiful beach view.
