(Or perhaps that's the concept of this eco-resort) Can be improved : * need a bit of hospitality training for housekeeping worker. Since this is small resort, guest engagement is important. * Food is seriously good, perhaps consider to open cooking class with in-house chef.

the place is cozy, far from the crowd, even though the hotel is full, all the customers are not noisy, the food is all delicious and at standard cafe prices, the service is also friendly, the owner is very humble, all guests are welcomed and invited to chat, btw the owner is a foreigner who has been in Lombok for 13 years, his language is also very fluent 👍
