This is my second stay here. It used to be called Horison, but the service remains the same, no different, still friendly and helpful. The breakfast menu is varied and still delicious. It turns out they only changed management, the staff remains the same. The room is spacious, fits 3 single beds, and the TV entertainment is also varied so it's not boring. Thanks Astanaraya... stay humble and friendly... see you soon

Breakfast on June 17, 2026. The gudeg was delicious. The fried fish fillet was delicious. The restaurant was clean, fragrant, and comfortable. Next time I go to Bintaro, I will definitely stay here again.

My family and I stayed here; there's a children's playroom and swimming pool, and my kids loved it. It's also close to Gandaria City Mall. The staff, from security to the restaurant, are incredibly friendly.

The staff is friendly, and it's easy to access the station, hospital, etc. The room is clean, and the bathroom is also clean, complete with soap and shampoo. The AC and TV work well.

We have been coming back to Sheraton Gandaria a few times now and it consistently delivers. This recent visit with my wife and two kids was a comfortable, enjoyable stay from start to finish. The club lounge was the highlight for us. Staff there were attentive and genuinely helpful throughout... the kind of service that makes you feel well looked after without being over the top. The rest of the hotel staff were equally pleasant and easy to deal with. The pool was great, kids had a good time. Room was clean, well-maintained, and everything was in order. Solid choice if you want a reliable family staycation in South Jakarta. We will be back.

It was a great stay at the Mulia Hotel. I stayed there to watch the FForever concert at the Indonesia Arena, just a short walk across the street. The food was varied, the staff friendly, the rooms clean, and the room service fast. It was top-notch and worth it.
