I stayed for 1 night during a business/leisure trip, and the entire experience was smooth, comfortable, and memorable from check-in to check-out. Ambiance/Facilities: The hotel has a modern yet cozy atmosphere, with clean and well-maintained facilities. The lobby was spacious and welcoming, and the room was elegantly designed, complete with all the essentials—fast Wi-Fi, comfortable bedding, and a well-equipped bathroom. Food: The food at the hotel was excellent. I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of both local and international dishes. Everything was fresh and flavorful. Staff Assistance: The hotel staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. They responded quickly to requests and offered local recommendations that greatly enhanced my trip. Highlights: What truly stood out was the rooftop pool with a stunning view of the city skyline. The complimentary welcome drink and the efficient room service also added a nice touch to the overall experience. Price: For the level of service and facilities provided, I believe the price was very reasonable and offered good value for money. The quality is clearly getting better, starting from cleanliness, Wi-Fi quality, TV broadcast quality. The breakfast menu. Subscribe to stay here every time I go to Samarinda since 2022, at least 2 times a year. And really don't think about staying anywhere else. Always success.
