I stayed from August 9-11, 2026. All the staff were very friendly and always ready to help without being asked. The atmosphere and facilities were comfortable. The food was delicious. I requested a birthday cake for my child, and it was provided, and it was very nice. It was different from the usual.

Don't hesitate to stay here, especially for a family vacation. It's absolutely super duper worth it. All the hotel staff are super friendly, none of them are rude, they are always smiling and always greet you. The facilities make the kids feel at home, there is a mini zoo for the kids, the kids went back and forth three times to the mini zoo, bathed in the pool twice, there is also a pool that is quite enclosed for those who don't feel comfortable swimming in public. The food is the best, wow, it's not enough to type it all. Can't wait to come back here again, thank you for making our short vacation perfect.

I stayed at Royal Avila Lombok for 3 days and 2 nights, and honestly, I loved every moment of it! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the whole stay even more enjoyable. I absolutely loved the view from my room overlooking the beach, and waking up and falling asleep to the sound of the waves was just perfect 🌊😍 Definitely one of those places I’d love to come back to. I’ll definitely be back for another staycation!

Especially Mrs. Sasa and Mrs. Lidya are very responsive and really understand what the guests want, so everything feels very comfortable and impressive service.. The experience of staying for 3 nights at the Semethon was extraordinarily enjoyable. Taste hotel home stay with super friendly service from Mr. and Mrs. Oka, good breakfast (jackfruit pancakes, nasgor and fried noodles). There is a motorbike and car rental and a complete tour destination in Lombok from Mr. Oka, next time if you stay here again 😍
