I actually chose the cheapest price, as long as I got an air-conditioned room. The cleanliness was excellent, both in the room and the bathroom. The pillows were clean and odorless. I got bottled water even though I had to get it myself from the dispenser. I also got soap, toothbrush, and toothpaste, and the air conditioning was very cold. 👍 Highly recommended...

Room cleanliness needs a lot of improvement, hotel staff are friendly and responsive, parking area is limited, there are no culinary places near the hotel, you have to use a vehicle to find food, strategic location on the main road, drinking water refill dispenser machine is only available on certain floors, TV channels are very limited, there is no smart TV, the room is stuffy because there are no windows in the room, the bed sheets and blankets have lots of stains, the room door key card requires extra patience to repeatedly scan it on the door handle scanner to be able to open it, the wifi connection is slow and often disconnects, the cleanliness of the smoking area needs attention

Next time, please improve the service and facilities (the room and pillows smell musty, to the point where I couldn't sleep well because of the unpleasant odor. I got room 311, and it smelled, oh my God). The cleanliness of the room area should be more closely monitored before hotel guests use it.

The Wi-Fi is still okay. One power outlet is dead. I tried to plug in my laptop, but it didn't work. The front room is empty and I can't move. The hot water isn't warm at all. The name and price could have been improved. I'm a bit disappointed 😔 No welcome drink or snack. It's okay, but basic facilities should be better than this.

Cleanliness is lacking. There was still hair on the sheets when we checked in, and the pillowcases and sheets were due for replacement because they looked dirty. The room door can be opened from the front without a card. After reporting the issue, a technician finally came and fixed it. Please pay attention, especially to cleanliness. Thank you.

How come the hotel lobby feels so hot even though the AC is on, but it feels like only wind is coming out of the AC, the staff are unfriendly, their clothes are also untidy, the security is unfriendly, and they don't arrange vehicles properly when entering.

The room is spacious, especially the bathroom, which is comfortable and has hot water. The mirror is large and clean, and you can get a glass of water from the gallon when you want to drink. The air conditioning is also cool. Worth it for the price, I'll probably stay here again.
