The room was full of small animals, the bathroom was unclean, with traces of previous guests still visible on the sink, and sand on the bathroom floor. The food was cold. There weren't enough plates or glasses.

1. We rented on May 2, 2026, Executive bungalow 2 bedrooms 102 and 103. When we arrived, the trash can in front of the room was full and until check out the trash had not been collected. 2. After entering the room and checking the bathroom, there were wet clothes on the floor thought to belong to the previous guest. 3. In room 103, the lock is manual and entering room 1, the mattress is hard. 4. For an Executive Bungalow class, there is no hot water in the bathroom.

It's very close to the West Coast, perfect for those with children. The new superior room on the 5th floor offers a beautiful view. The double king bed is comfortable and spacious. The hotel's customer service is also very friendly and responsive. The food is delicious.
