The hotel staff is friendly, and the facilities include a cafe, restaurant, and swimming pool. The room was nice, but there were stains on the sheets and blanket, which looked dirty, and there was a lot of dust under the bed. Please clean it better. The breakfast menu offers eight options, with and without rice. It's delicious, and the price is quite affordable. The beach is just a short walk from the hotel lobby, and there are many local food stalls around the hotel, so if you want to buy food, you can find it in the area.

We need to pay more attention to the cleanliness and equipment of the room.

I booked this room for a friend, right in front of the pool. It was quite comfortable, but it's an older building, so it's not very well-maintained. The junior suite is more comfortable and nicer since it's still a new building. The bathroom door was difficult to open, so I had to call maintenance to get it to work. I got the room at the end of the room, but there was no signal, and the Wi-Fi wouldn't connect right away. I asked the staff for the wrong password. The food wasn't very varied, but it was still good. The staff was very friendly, and it's close to both the west and east beaches.

This is my second stay here. This time, I stayed in a new junior suite. The room was comfortable, with a balcony overlooking the pool. The staff was very friendly. It rained all day, but umbrellas were provided, so I was able to borrow one for my trip. The food wasn't as comprehensive as the first time. Perhaps because there were only a few people staying, the menu wasn't as comprehensive. There was no omelet, even though my kids loved it. But that's okay. Overall, everything was good. Thank you.

Great, the kids love it. The only downside is the internet and TV are still standard, no smart TV. And it's just missing a refrigerator. It should be priced around 1 million and get those facilities. Other than that, it's okay.

The hotel staff was very friendly. The breakfast was varied and could be improved to make it more delicious. The hotel was clean, and the pool was also clean. There was no hairdryer, so you had to ask for one.

we stayed at this hotel for the second day, the hotel staff was friendly because we were allowed to check in 1 hour earlier, in the lobby area there is a We Drink so the kids can buy ice cream. for breakfast the menu is varied but unfortunately the staff did not move quickly to take the dirty plates so they piled up on the dining table. the swimming pool is nice, the kids were happy playing in the water.

the hotel staff is friendly, the interior of the room is good, the cleanliness of the room is okay, only the same for the TV, it can't access the internet for free and the wifi doesn't appear either. for bathroom equipment it's okay, it's just that the water under the sink stagnates so it looks muddy. for breakfast we have a choice of menus that can be changed every day, also provided snacks and others at the time of breakfast delivery.

Every time we go to Pangandaran, we always choose Long Beach Hotel, easy access, close to sunset, the hotel is kids friendly, the kids are happy swimming in the aesthetic pool.

I stayed there because I was attracted by the good reviews, I took a family room because there were 5 of us, the room was clean, comfortable, the bed was spacious, the AC was cold, I got it on the 5th floor with a pretty good view, the staff was responsive & friendly, the food in the restaurant was also delicious with an economical price, the shortcomings were probably on the TV channels which were less varied, the swimming pool water was green not blue/clear like in the photo and there was too much chlorine & the wifi was unstable in the room, if these suggestions could be improved I think it would improve the stay experience even better, the hotel's position is on the edge of the west coast road but not a busy location, but quite strategic, quite satisfied & enjoyable to stay there, thank you.
