It's actually a cheap 5-star hotel in the Kuningan area. However, requests aren't met, even though it's fine even if you pay (anniversary sign or cake). Even though the room comes with a selection of local tea and coffee, ours didn't. I've already mentioned that. But overall, it's good.

The service was very friendly, and the room was a bit quiet, but the city view was beautiful, perfect for daydreaming or relaxing. The bed was also comfortable and soft. The bathtub was the best! You could relax in the warm water while looking at the city lights and enjoying the gentle drizzle. 😍

Disappointed with the restaurant staff's service, my food was removed from the table before I could even touch it or eat it when I was about to get a drink. And the table I'd chosen was occupied by another guest. I lost my appetite for breakfast and left the restaurant without eating to get an early check-out.
