Disappointed with the restaurant staff's service, my food was removed from the table before I could even touch it or eat it when I was about to get a drink. And the table I'd chosen was occupied by another guest. I lost my appetite for breakfast and left the restaurant without eating to get an early check-out.

The staff was super kind as they gave me special treatment for my birthday (cakes and decoration, even a birthday song during breakfast). The jacuzzi tub was nice although they were fixing the pipeline and the water was dirty for a while which they notified me over the phone. Would love to have another staycation here.

The hotel was Good,also the security really helpful.the only issue was Glass shelf was too low over tea and coffee station, people kept hitting their head on it.

Disappointed with the restaurant staff's service, my food was removed from the table before I could even touch it or eat it when I was about to get a drink. And the table I'd chosen was occupied by another guest. I lost my appetite for breakfast and left the restaurant without eating to get an early check-out.

The staff was super kind as they gave me special treatment for my birthday (cakes and decoration, even a birthday song during breakfast). The jacuzzi tub was nice although they were fixing the pipeline and the water was dirty for a while which they notified me over the phone. Would love to have another staycation here.

view from 36th floor. i got welcome drink what fresh and so good. very friendly staff. comfort and clean room. they gave me mirror art and slice cake for our anniversary there. very recommend for family stay 🥰
