Very unique villa with breathtaking view of 3 Gilis and mountains... Perfect for catching the sunset.. Secluded, quite far away from the city centre, but great for escape from hustle bustle.. Natural experience and eco friendly type of villa, you may find insects here and there (at least, they didn't harm me!) The windows on the bathroom area are open hole and only covered by blind, some of you may find this uncomfortable.. The hot water didn't work but it is okay to take a bath with cold water since the weather is hot...

The view is excellent, 9.5/10, but the room is a real shame. Upon entering, the room smelled incredibly dusty. It looked like it hadn't been occupied in a month or two. It was tidy, but it smelled dusty. The toilet had a small window with no permanent cover, just a curtain.
Hopefully, it will get better.

The staff is very nice, friendly but the room is small, the bathroom is outdoor and there is no bidet, the pool is deep, the access is very steep, cheap and the view is good.

The fourth day of my birthday vacation in Lombok was supposed to be a great stay at Mentigi Bay Dome Villas. I had booked seven days in advance, but unexpectedly, I couldn't check in when I arrived, claiming the room I'd booked was already occupied by a foreigner for three days.
Then the owner made a complicated decision and told me to cancel my trip to Traveloka. It wasn't my fault. I was disappointed, angry, and sad. If there was a double booking, they should have at least notified me a day in advance so I could have a backup plan. It was incredibly frustrating. 😤😤😤

the place is according to plan, I was looking for a unique place. and this place is really unique. the shape of the room, the design of the building, everything is unique. there are many good photo spots. maybe the car parking facilities need to be improved. because next year the plan is to bring a lot of family there. btw I like the place.

When I wanted to check in, the guard wasn't there because he was resting, so he should have given priority to guests who wanted to check in. But the room was good.

It was good place with good view but they can improve for the detail especially the room. For the amenities, for the wall painting (some spot in the bathroom looks yellow and not so clean), for the bed (can be more pluffy). Staff is nice and helpful. With the price what we pay when you compare with Bali, it should be much better 🤷🏻

View is amazing but so many holes in my room because the doors were just made with bamboos so people can easily peeking you inside the room & bathroom. Also beware, rats everywhere, I was screaming to see them inside in my room at 4am, couldn't sleep peacefully. The road also so steep to reach there.

Amazing view but we were provided a very small room without AC while we paid for a big one and with AC. Eventually, we managed to get our normal room that was acceptable. AC didn't work well they provided standing fan for our stay. Breakfast was basic and cleanliness can be improved.

Untuk pemandangan memang baguss ya, unik banget design bangunan dan view nya juga sangat mendukung tapi pas sampai ngga jelas dimana receptionist dan lobby nya, pas udah sampai lobby kosong sama sekali ga ada orang ngga ada kehidupan sampai harus telp ke nomor yang ada di papan tulis, udah gitu ternyata cuma ada 1 karyawan yang merangkap semuanya mulai dari receptionist, bellboy kamar, welcome drink, cleaning room, chef dan manager, pas sampai kamar, kotor banget lantainya, kaki langsung hitam kalau jalan di lantai kamar tanpa sandal, spreinya juga udah apek dan sangat tipis seperti sudah lama dan hampir sobek. Kamar mandinya juga licin-licin kaya ngga pernah disikat, so creepy bayangin bantal dan kasur yang ga pernah dibersihkan. Makan paginya juga dimasak oleh orang yang di receptionist, pokoknya 1 bapak itu multi kerjaan deh, jadi rasa makanannya juga ngawur-ngawuran.😭🥲.
