Stayed at Mercure Nexa Bandung and had a great experience. Rooms are clean and comfy, staff are friendly and very helpful. Location is strategic and close to many food spots. Breakfast variety is good and overall ambiance feels modern and cozy. Definitely recommended for business trips or weekend staycations!

Very, very much recommended. Arrived an hour before check in and they let me check in early because the room is already available (very grateful). They gave me high floor room as requested, and the view! Oh my God, the view, fantastic! A great place for half staycation (?) as it is still close to the Jalan Katamso, so a leisure afternoon walk in windy cool Bandung city back to the hotel after lunch is doable. The food is still plausible for in room dining, as you can pay through edc machine as you received your food (they do have deposit option as well). One more, and this is the decisive point for staycation, is that their TV is a smart TV that allows screen mirroring with easy instruction. Just use the room wifi and turn on your smart view on a Samsung phone and you're all set (they do have option for other types of phones). The staffs were great as well since they let me have the mountain view room, immediate assistance on soap after calling, and ease in ordering in room food. Will definitely stay there again! The room is comfortable, clean, the bathroom too, every day the housekeeping comes to clean the room, very happy to be able to stay here 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻 the service is also very friendly and can communicate via WA or telephone, very satisfied staying here, sorry if during my stay here I had many shortcomings in words and deeds, always success for Mercure Nexa!

The room was clean. Breakfast arrived at 9:00 a.m., but many of the dishes were empty. The table had many dirty dishes, but the hotel information stated that the weekend breakfast deadline is 10:30 a.m.
I ordered an egg omelet, but the eggs were out of stock and waiting for the supplier. It was a shame and disappointing. Hopefully, this will improve.

Thank you for always having a pleasant stay. However, this time I was in a room with a malfunctioning mini-chiller. This was also the first time it took so long to be repaired. It was replaced the next day. Hopefully, next time, complaints can be handled more quickly.

The taste of the food needs to be improved, especially for room service, because when I ordered a lava cake dessert, the lava cake that arrived was so hard that I couldn't bite it and it was bitter, it seemed like it was over baked.

During my 5 nights stay here it was very pleasant and I really liked it, but it would be better if the lighting, especially in the room, was maximized when making coffee or tea when there is no adequate lighting, other than that Mercure Nexa is still the right choice to be the best accommodation 👍🏻

Okay, everything is close, and there are lots of culinary spots around the hotel.
The room is quiet and private.
The only downside is that the road in front of the hotel is often congested, but it's not too bad.
