The food in breakfast are many options such us Indonesian food, Chinese dim sum, English breakfast. The room is clean, nice and quite big, which is make us convenient. A game in the afternoon time is quite interesting and make us enjoying.

So far so good in our holiday, the room is amazing, unfortunately the wall is not paint well, and the ac are leaking, the pool is great, but the food price is too expensive. The room is to noisy when sleeping time, maybe from the other guest and the refrigerator, the pool, sunset view and the beach are great.

The place is awesome, room is clean and spacious, view is great (we booked a room facing the ocean) They also have game room (billiards, wall version of ular tangga and ludo, arcade basket ball, etc)! Perfect place for having fun with your family members. There is also a sand playground for kids. The hotel also has an access to an exclusive beach space where it has its own outdoor cafe + swimming pool, but it's located outside hotel area (you need to cross the main road to get there), and it takes around 5 minutes only from lobby area, but they prepare buggies to help you get there if you prefer not walking. Staffs are nice and helpful. Food is generally OK, but unfortunately found a few flies around the area.

The type of room I took, ocean sunset view. Equivalent to Novus Hotel, the AC is really hot. Only 1 plug.
Far from the beach. So if you go from the hotel, you have to cross to the beach. If you walk, it's far. You can take the shuttle but it takes a long time to wait. Especially if you bring children and parents. Not anymore.
The price of food and drinks is standard hotel.
When I first checked in, I was forced to give a Google review rating at the beginning. That made me uncomfortable. It would be better to ask for a Google review rating when checking out.

Had a nice stay in this hotel. The pool in the beach is the main distinction compared to other hotels in this area. Hotel pool area also very nice. Just need to be a little patient because we depend on the shuttle to go to the beach and parking area, so need to manage the time well to avoid the rush. Will come back again if have the chance.

My family n I really enjoyed staying in the Villa, a couple of things that the hotel needs to improve are:
1. the cleanliness of the pool. Please pay more attention on the private pool, it needs to be vaccuum regularly.
2. the game facility in the game room, the video car game didnt work, the air hockey didnt work.
but other than that, we definitely will be back staying in the Villa for holiday!

The food was great! Always tasty whether at breakfast or ordered in room dining. The hospitality was good, all the staff are friendly. Private beach was amazing! The view and room was undescribables!
I tried the spa and it was very relaxing and pleasant!
Will definitely come back again!

Overall everything is okay, varied food, easy to access location, friendly staff shows Novus is in its class, only a few electrical sockets in the room, and very suitable for families, and the children's play area has many choices.
