During our stay at Novus Jiva Resort and Spa, we had a very pleasant experience in the villa and hotel, and the lobby had a really nice view. The service was truly excellent, a 10-star experience. The staff were friendly and very helpful with everything we needed. The restaurant also had delicious food and affordable prices. Staying at Novus Anyer is indeed the most comfortable, the facilities are also really good, but the rooms have a lot of sharp corners, hopefully they can be given barriers for safety.

The hotel is kid-friendly, with a shuttle service to the beach. The food wasn't very varied during my stay, but it was delicious, and it's rare to find yogurt and a variety of baked beans (diet breakfast). The breakfast was the best, even though it didn't have much variety. The view and hotel facilities were good, and the staff were friendly 😊.

Excellent, great stay, good food

Got a terrace suite with a bathtub, room no. 318. (+) Best view. High-flow, strong shower with 3 settings. Cold room. Clean bathtub. Scented room, no cigarette odor. Complete amenities. Spacious bed, 2 beds pushed together. Got a bubble bath set, fragrant. Fast Wi-Fi. Facilities, should still be <3.5 million (high season). Minimal electrical outlets. Some amenities are not optimal. The bathtub is located outside (not suitable for Eastern culture). Limited TV channels. Limited breakfast options, not very extensive.

The hotel has two swimming pools which are both nice. We also received free cookies on our check out.
