Great experiences to stay at Novus Jiwa. The ambiance of sea and waves so calmly.

The type of room I took, ocean sunset view. Equivalent to Novus Hotel, the AC is really hot. Only 1 plug. Far from the beach. So if you go from the hotel, you have to cross to the beach. If you walk, it's far. You can take the shuttle but it takes a long time to wait. Especially if you bring children and parents. Not anymore. The price of food and drinks is standard hotel. When I first checked in, I was forced to give a Google review rating at the beginning. That made me uncomfortable. It would be better to ask for a Google review rating when checking out.

Everything is okay, except the room view. I ordered an ocean view but the beach is not visible. Maybe this room is more like a garden view

with a price of 1.9 per room only 2 adults and children up to 5 years old who have free breakfast. 😏 so 8 years old pay again.....

The staff are friendly I will come back here again sometime The breakfast is also really good

Had a nice stay in this hotel. The pool in the beach is the main distinction compared to other hotels in this area. Hotel pool area also very nice. Just need to be a little patient because we depend on the shuttle to go to the beach and parking area, so need to manage the time well to avoid the rush. Will come back again if have the chance.

The staff is very friendly, the hotel facilities are also good, making children feel at home staying at the hotel 🥰

My family n I really enjoyed staying in the Villa, a couple of things that the hotel needs to improve are: 1. the cleanliness of the pool. Please pay more attention on the private pool, it needs to be vaccuum regularly. 2. the game facility in the game room, the video car game didnt work, the air hockey didnt work. but other than that, we definitely will be back staying in the Villa for holiday!

The staff is friendly, the facilities are good, the room is clean, the room is spacious and the bathroom is spacious, and the breakfast is not to be missed, there are so many choices of food on the menu.

The receptionist was very kind, welcoming to Mr. Febri and Ms. Dinda, thank you very much for the excellent service... Assisted with early check in, refreshing welcome drink, the view is really the best, all the staff are very friendly, the breakfast food variants are super complete, when checking out we also got a snack gift... really want to come back for sure next holiday....thx u so much Novus Jiva

The food was great! Always tasty whether at breakfast or ordered in room dining. The hospitality was good, all the staff are friendly. Private beach was amazing! The view and room was undescribables! I tried the spa and it was very relaxing and pleasant! Will definitely come back again!

Overall everything is okay, varied food, easy to access location, friendly staff shows Novus is in its class, only a few electrical sockets in the room, and very suitable for families, and the children's play area has many choices.
