I often stay for two days and one night, but this was the first hotel that allowed my kids to nap. I arrived before 12, and because there was a free room, I was allowed to check in at 12:30. I took a nap first, and then played on the beach in the afternoon.
The kids, with sand and beach, were sure to have fun. We had dinner at Serai Restaurant, celebrating my son's birthday. We ordered a cake and asked for the lady to write "Happy Birthday" on it, and the lady sang it to us. The kids were thrilled. They wanted ice cream, but the lady replied, "Ice cream is sweet, not good for our teeth." Finally, she offered them fruit, and they loved it. The food wasn't expensive for a 5-star hotel restaurant. We then went to the games room, and back to our room, we were already exhausted.
The next morning, the kids were up early, heading to the beach again and the nearby swimming pool. We had breakfast at 8:30, dropped the kids off at the cool indoor playground, relaxed, and then headed home.
Next time, come again if you need SEA vitamins.

Check-in was possible earlier, around 1:00 AM. Time felt so short that I didn't have time to explore everything. The facilities were all good, the staff were friendly and helpful. During dinner, they gave me ice cream and helped me take photos by the pool...
The fire attraction was quite entertaining.
The only problem was that the AC in the room was dripping from the morning, so the floor under the AC was muddy by midday.
The beach area could use some more attention.

The hotel is nice, comfortable for couples and families, with a variety of room types. There are many choices for breakfast. The hotel staff are also very friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant and room service is still affordable and delicious. There are also many activities at the hotel, such as a game room, gym, spa, and two swimming pools (one at the hotel and one on the beach). The downside is that the Wi-Fi in the room is always disconnected, and requests for bath towels are not fulfilled, resulting in the children using hand towels. The TV channels are not complete.

Nice room, great service, and attentive. The staff was very friendly and responsive.
I was surprised that the room was so clean, because in my experience staying in non-carpeted rooms, the floors tend to get dirty easily. But our room at Novus Jiva remained clean all day long. And the bathroom was spotless.
The beach was also great, and the shuttle came immediately when we called. Interestingly, the beach pool was clean even though it's outdoor and within the beach area—I expected a lot of sand.
The staff was responsive, and the cleaning staff were quite clean. We did find a little dirt in our room, and...
Just for info: we stayed in a room with a balcony, and indeed, there were sometimes insects on the balcony. But it was still clean.
In terms of activities, we didn't spend much time there because (1) we stayed on a weekday; and (2) most activities were only on weekends. But I stayed with my son and he was perfectly content, spending the day walking around the beach, eating, and soaking in our outdoor bathtub. Three days and two nights was just right for my family.
I only have one comment: it's a shame the restaurant is semi-outdoor with no air conditioning during the day—probably because there are only a few guests staying on weekdays. But it wasn't too hot, especially if you're sitting near the pool—just wear appropriate clothing. The food and vibe were still great, of course.
Overall, I'd stay here again.

The hotel area is perfect for easy jogging. The seafood selection at the seafood restaurant is delicious and fresh, but a bit overpriced. It's worth trying once.
However, the gym facilities are very minimal; there aren't even any dumpbells. Once occupied, it's definitely uncomfortable. There's only a four-sided home gym, which is very functional, even though the gym is quite spacious and comfortable. The incline feature on the treadmill also doesn't work properly.
The bedroom is just average. The restroom is relatively small for a hotel of Novus's stature, making it uncomfortable and giving off a cheap feel.

Check-in was possible earlier, around 1:00 AM. Time felt so short that I didn't have time to explore everything. The facilities were all good, the staff were friendly and helpful. During dinner, they gave me ice cream and helped me take photos by the pool...
The fire attraction was quite entertaining.
The only problem was that the AC in the room was dripping from the morning, so the floor under the AC was muddy by midday.
The beach area could use some more attention.

I often stay for two days and one night, but this was the first hotel that allowed my kids to nap. I arrived before 12, and because there was a free room, I was allowed to check in at 12:30. I took a nap first, and then played on the beach in the afternoon.
The kids, with sand and beach, were sure to have fun. We had dinner at Serai Restaurant, celebrating my son's birthday. We ordered a cake and asked for the lady to write "Happy Birthday" on it, and the lady sang it to us. The kids were thrilled. They wanted ice cream, but the lady replied, "Ice cream is sweet, not good for our teeth." Finally, she offered them fruit, and they loved it. The food wasn't expensive for a 5-star hotel restaurant. We then went to the games room, and back to our room, we were already exhausted.
The next morning, the kids were up early, heading to the beach again and the nearby swimming pool. We had breakfast at 8:30, dropped the kids off at the cool indoor playground, relaxed, and then headed home.
Next time, come again if you need SEA vitamins.

The hotel is nice, comfortable for couples and families, with a variety of room types. There are many choices for breakfast. The hotel staff are also very friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant and room service is still affordable and delicious. There are also many activities at the hotel, such as a game room, gym, spa, and two swimming pools (one at the hotel and one on the beach). The downside is that the Wi-Fi in the room is always disconnected, and requests for bath towels are not fulfilled, resulting in the children using hand towels. The TV channels are not complete.

Nice room, great service, and attentive. The staff was very friendly and responsive.
I was surprised that the room was so clean, because in my experience staying in non-carpeted rooms, the floors tend to get dirty easily. But our room at Novus Jiva remained clean all day long. And the bathroom was spotless.
The beach was also great, and the shuttle came immediately when we called. Interestingly, the beach pool was clean even though it's outdoor and within the beach area—I expected a lot of sand.
The staff was responsive, and the cleaning staff were quite clean. We did find a little dirt in our room, and...
Just for info: we stayed in a room with a balcony, and indeed, there were sometimes insects on the balcony. But it was still clean.
In terms of activities, we didn't spend much time there because (1) we stayed on a weekday; and (2) most activities were only on weekends. But I stayed with my son and he was perfectly content, spending the day walking around the beach, eating, and soaking in our outdoor bathtub. Three days and two nights was just right for my family.
I only have one comment: it's a shame the restaurant is semi-outdoor with no air conditioning during the day—probably because there are only a few guests staying on weekdays. But it wasn't too hot, especially if you're sitting near the pool—just wear appropriate clothing. The food and vibe were still great, of course.
Overall, I'd stay here again.

The hotel area is perfect for easy jogging. The seafood selection at the seafood restaurant is delicious and fresh, but a bit overpriced. It's worth trying once.
However, the gym facilities are very minimal; there aren't even any dumpbells. Once occupied, it's definitely uncomfortable. There's only a four-sided home gym, which is very functional, even though the gym is quite spacious and comfortable. The incline feature on the treadmill also doesn't work properly.
The bedroom is just average. The restroom is relatively small for a hotel of Novus's stature, making it uncomfortable and giving off a cheap feel.
