Very very disappointed. The reception is not friendly, the room smells. The hotel does not have an empty staff, just so bed no choice.

The location is decent, there is a small cafe at the entrance to the inn. ID card was held FO from check in until check out, which is really disturbing me and I think it was really not necessary to do. Lack of cleanliness, minimal amenities. AC was too loud and too old. Noisy from other rooms.

The service is okay, I asked to check in early, I was subject to a 50k fee, okay, I understand, the facilities are okay, comfortable and the water is smooth, only in the future please fix the stairs problem because it looks like it's about to collapse and when checking out I was told to wait to be checked, the room made I was uncomfortable and had to wait quite a while.

I stayed because at first the hotel I ordered was no longer operating, and was allowed to make an event at ANT HOME, the room was clean comfortable, it was just that the water was small on the top floor At the time of the event the boss came and just found out that he seemed a bit angry (after permission at the beginning) I asked for an additional check-out time, which should be 12.00 to 15.00 she said adding 50,000 but when I wanted to go home I asked for 100,000 Please go forward so that the evaluation is so that guests stay calm at ANT HOME
