Pelayanan tidak baik, gak ramah, rada sengak kalo ngomong, resepsionisnya gak sopan kalo bicara, apalagi ibu-ibu yang melayani, fasikitas tv mati seprai seperti gak diganti.

Resepsionis sangat tidak ramah kemarin saya booking lewat aplikasi pas mau cek in kata resepsionisnya bilang pesanan saya belum masuk padahal saya udah bayar lunas untuk 2 hari setelah perdebatan panjang akhir dikasih kamar tapi dengan nada bentak bentak kemarin saya dengan 3 tamu lainnya dengan problem yang sama katanya pesanan belum masuk padahal mereka semua juga sudah bayar lewat aplikasi dan resepsionis bilang kamar sudah full. Kamar sangat sangat kotor seprei seperti tidak di ganti banyak bercak bercak entah itu apa ada darah juga banyak rambut juga di seprei nya kamar mandi sangat sangat kotor dan bau pesing (agak menyesal nginep di sini) Dinding dari triplek jadi suara kamar sebelah terdengar sangat jelas jadi berisik dan sangat menganggu ketenangan dan lokasi di perumahan pojok jauh dari kota. Semoga segera diperbaiki ya karena saya lihat banyak juga tamu yang komplain masalah kebersihan dan booking. Untuk kalian semua yang mau booking hotel ini pikir pikir dulu ya masih banyak kok oyo/reddorz yang nyaman dan bersih dan harga oke

Unsatisfactory: 1. The sheets don't seem to be replaced because there are still stains and the bathroom is not clean + there are cockroaches. 2. TV and wifi facilities don't work.

The hotel electricity is off. Remote location. Dirty bed linen. Lots of stains. Smelly and not clean.

Kasur selimut bantal kotor dan berdebu

Nyaman banget, awalnya maju mundur mau cek in karena liat penilaian tapi waktu sampai alhamdulilah diluar dugaan, waw gila hotel 100rban senyaman ini selimut tuebel, kamar bersih, kamar mandi bersih, air normal, ac dingin, penjaganya juga ramah, mantep deh tapi satu yang kurang tv nya ga bisa nyala, bisa sih tapi kayak suara doang, kayaknya radio deh itu, sama nyamuknya lumayan waktu malam

Seprai kotor, selimut berdebu, rambut dan bercak cairan menempel di selimut dan seprai. Minta ganti kamar tidak dilayani. Kacau.
