The receptionist was not friendly and seemed confused when handling me and my family at check-in. For the Deluxe Double room that I ordered, the condition was very far from the picture posted. Hopefully the hotel management will improve the service and quality of the hotel in the future.

The main factor for this hotel is the location. It's near Malang station and several other important places. There're also culinary spots near here. The second is its price. The price is worth the value, but don't expect too good for a <100k room. It's decent but it can be better. There's a cockroach in the room. No water heater. Decent wifi connection but bad wifi and phone signal reception inside room.
