Kamar ga sesuai foto, sofa kotor, tempat tidur spreinya kotor, pengap, pintu ke balkon AC ga ada gordennya, ada binatang kayak ulat kecil warna hitam. Ga jadi nginapnya, langsung check out nyari hotel lain. Ga rekomen 🙏.

Sebelum check in sudah pesimis dan ga berharap banyak, karena 3x pakai OYO selalu dapet pengalaman buruk. Tapi di sini luar biasa. Staf yang ramah, security yang sangat cekatan, CS yang super duper baik. Dapat kamar juga yang gak lumayan. Sukses terus Emerald.

When I came This hotel it never the like foto very dirty & bed, towels, bathroom everything is dirty. Look never touch long time the smell also bad.

For that price, it's pretty good 👍 everything is good, the room is clean only given a wifi pass, the sheets and pillowcases are a little dirty, the towels also have black spots but the rest is okay.
