Beruntung sekali saya menemukan penginapan ini. Saya menginap untuk satu malam karena ingin ke Bromo. Dengan harga yang terjangkau, saya mendapatkan fasilitas yang melebihi ekspektasi saya. Mulai dari lahan parkir yang cukup luas, pelayanan yang ramah dan cepat, kebersihan kamar yang terjamin, juga ada balkon yang bisa digunakan untuk menikmati pemandangan. Selain itu, juga ada tempat gym mininya. Suasananya pun tenang, cocok untuk liburan sekeluarga. Penginapan ini pun di bagian bawah terintegrasi dengan minimarket, sehingga kalau ada perlu beli ini itu tinggal ke bawah. Jarak dari Alun-alun Batu dan tempat wisata lain juga dekat, jadi untuk anda yang ingin liburan dengan akomodasi yang strategis, nyaman dan terjangkau, The Halona adalah rekomendasi dari saya! Selalu ke sini kalau vacation ke Batu. Lokasi hotel yang sangat strategis dengan view yang memanjakan mata yang sangat lelah dengan kesibukan di kota. Apalagi cafe-nya. Harga di menu, rasa, dan pemandangan malam hari yang disajikan sangat worth it sekali. Namun, ada beberapa minus di dalam kamar yang mungkin harusnya bisa ditingkatkan lagi servisnya.

Have stayed here several times, the service is still very top, friendly, helpful. What was lacking this time was just the room, far from before, the suggestion for Room A102 could be more polished because it is very small compared to the others, and it can be seen that part of the former bathroom room was renovated. Less comfortable, the bed is also lacking, the fan is dirty. Overall okay. Thanks for the hospitality.

Pesen 4 kamar. Yang 2 kamar, kasurnya udah berasa pernya, jadi gak nyaman buat tidur. Toilet bau, lantai kotor. Dinding kamar catnya ada yang gak rata. Kamar suram. Anakku sampe pengen pindah hotel. Ambil 4 kamar dengan harga total 700 ribu. Murah sih. Tapi kurang nyaman aja. Plusnya cuman view dari depan kamar bagus banget dan ada tempat buat duduk-duduk.

Semut banyak banget, di dalam lemari malah jadi sarang. Tempat parkir atas sering penuh untuk cafe, jadi diarahkan parkir basement yang sempit & tanpa diarahkan petugas parkir. Selimutnya juga tipis, bukan bedcover seperti di aplikasi.
