It seems like the cleaning service doesn't pay enough attention to bathroom cleanliness. There are no towels or bath mats, so the floor is wet. Please pay attention so that things will be better in the future. Thank you.

Thank you to Paragon Hotel Jakarta, even though I only stayed one night. The location is strategic, close to the city center. The service is excellent, and the price is affordable. The staff is always ready if you need anything. I'll definitely be back next time 👍🏻

Bad hotel, not worth the price, towels are not given if you don't ask for them, towels are shabby like doormats, the room door is broken and rotten, the hallway lights are dark, I'm disappointed.
