The hotel's in a great spot, super close to restaurants, spas, shops, and all that good stuff. You can walk to pretty much everything, even Seminyak beach. But if you're in a hurry, Gojek's always around. Definitely recommend it.

We stayed for 5 nights and asked for make up room every day, and yes they did! They changed the towels, all the amenities as well. It's not too much, yet it is very comfortable with the cheap price. It worth every penny ngl. Clean swimming pool, easy check-in check-out. I can see the mountain and the beach from my 6th floor in the morning. Less than 10 minutes to shishi and La Favela. Right in front of the hotel there is Alfamart. So no need to worry if you wanna buy something. I don’t mind to come back here in the future!

The staff very odd , unwelcome , not friendly. They need new staff that knows hospitality . The cleaner more friendly, but not the receptionist and the staff in front. I actually like the location and the room but nit the staff.

The receptionist staff not friendly, most of them . Not so welcome . We came in to check in, i saw they all on their phone till we said Hi . The next day we went to the lobby walking , not one of them say Good morning or smiled , they were busy chatting. The room was amazing, the cleaner was friendly.

I choose this hotel from my friend’s recommendation. The hotel’s location is nice. But when I arrived in my room I felt disappointed. First the electricity is not working, second, the top of the nightstand was wet. I don’t know where’s the water from. And the most disappointing was the bed is dirty. I need to called the staff twice because the electricity. Breakfast was ok. I just hope they improve the cleanliness.

I think this 4-star is just a standard 4-star, as long as it has the standard. Because it feels like a 2-3-star rating. I once called late at night (after 9, before 12) to ask for a small spoon or teaspoon. They said they could, but they had to go to the restaurant to get it themselves. Usually, that kind of service is delivered to your room. Honestly, it's a hassle, especially if you're ready to rest, put on your pajamas, and then have to go downstairs again. Other than that, my rating is more average.
