Staying at Parahyangan Residence for 4 days yesterday was very enjoyable 💕😍. I stayed on the 26th floor. Starting from the friendly service even when my door access card was problematic, it was handled professionally and friendly ❤, the cleanliness of the room, complete kitchen equipment (the stove has gas, the water dispenser is okay, the refrigerator works, pots, frying pans, cutting boards, knives are all there, complete cutlery, rice cooker is there, iron and table are there, towels for 4 people are there, the room AC is cold, the wifi is smooth...wow, basically I give it five stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. In the hotel area there is Indomaret, Alfamart, coffee shop, laundry and even a barbershop. So what other pleasures will be sanctified?...Alhamdulillah, if I go to Bandung again I will definitely come back here again. Thank you Parahyangan Residence 😘😇

Extended one night here, for a total of 2 nights. It's a great choice if you want a vacation or staycation in Bandung. The room is clean, tidy, fragrant, and very comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with a water dispenser, refrigerator, soap, towels, extra blankets, pillows, and bed. Overall, it's very comfortable, the admin is also fast in responding, and check-in/out is also very easy. There are many room options, so if you're on vacation in Bandung with your family, this is the perfect place. Easy access everywhere, lots of food, and a minimarket is also available.

I really enjoyed staying here. This was my first time renting an apartment. It was very satisfying... the facilities were complete, including a gallon of mineral water with a dispenser, a refrigerator, a rice cooker, a stove and kitchen utensils, a microwave, air conditioning, a water heater, an iron, and a hair dryer... it felt like home. Seven of us rented three rooms, with three additional extras at no additional cost. Check-in and check-out were easy. The apartment was clean, and most importantly, the bathroom.
Next time we staycation in Bandung, I'll definitely stay here again...

Highly recommended. My family really enjoyed staying here. The pool is beautiful, and we got a room on the 27th floor with an amazing view. Finding food was easy, and check-out was very fast. There's a gym and basketball court in the basement. It felt like home. The Wi-Fi was fast, and we slept very well. If we go back to Bandung, we'll definitely come back here. Thank you for making our vacation even more perfect.

We stayed here for 6 days. When we wanted to move to another room, they helped us move our things while we were traveling.
The apartment is clean and comfortable. The view from the balcony in the morning and evening is very cool and beautiful. It was a pleasure to stay here with my family. The staff is friendly and very responsive when asked for help. The check-in and check-out process was very easy.

Best Recommendations for Those Looking for Apartment Hotel Accommodation in Bandung!
This is my second time staying at Parahyangan Apartment Bandung.... I just stayed at Parahyangan Apartment for 3 days and 2 nights and had a very satisfying experience. The unit was very clean, the furnishings were well-maintained, and everything worked well (from the AC, hot shower, kitchen appliances, to cable TV). The bed was very comfortable.
The apartment's environment is beautiful, quiet, and safe. Facilities like the swimming pool and gym are also well-maintained. The location is very strategic, close to Trans Studio Mall and toll road access, making it easy to explore Bandung.
What impressed me most was the service from the management and owner. They were very responsive in answering questions, and the check-in/check-out process was smooth and flexible. Thank you for the convenience! Highly recommended!

We must pay for parking for about 30K rupiah after 4 hrs which really expensive because the parking lot is really limited. No option for garbage management inside and outside the apartment units.

Hai Mr. D, thank you so much for staying with AYA Stays..to be clear..About parking rules, it is already written in description..next time in case you plan to book apartment, there will always fees for parking. Since apartment has different rule with hotel..But in parahyangan residences actually the parking fee is considered really low compared to other apartments (please check). At Parahyangan there is maximal tariff only 30K per day, others has no maximum tariff rule FYI. About the garbage management you said, there is a garbage room each floor, please do ask next time in case you're having issues wherever u stay next time, we are only one text away. Thank you..

It's very comfortable to stay here, the apartment environment is comfortable, clean. The CS I stayed with was very helpful and fast response. All amenities and facilities in the room are also complete and have good quality. Hairdryer, iron, teflon, and rice cooker etc. Even dish soap is available. Very suitable for staying with family who still want to cook too. Plus there is prime that we can watch, access to the pool. The only minus is the toilet is not very clean and lacks fragrance. Overall, very comfortable! Keep up the good work. Definitely will come back, let's stay in more other apartments

I've stayed here many times and this is the best room I've ever had. Wi-Fi is good, no problem... Electricity is too, usually I have to buy a token. Also, fragrant towels, dish soap are provided, and there is soap even if we bring our own. There are complete tissues and I didn't use them because I brought them too. Mineral water is available and I didn't use it because I was already prepared with mineral water. Overall, the best, thank you tenant ❤️

We stayed here for 6 days. When we wanted to move to another room, they helped us move our things while we were traveling.
The apartment is clean and comfortable. The view from the balcony in the morning and evening is very cool and beautiful. It was a pleasure to stay here with my family. The staff is friendly and very responsive when asked for help. The check-in and check-out process was very easy.
We will return here again next time 🥰

Best Recommendations for Those Looking for Apartment Hotel Accommodation in Bandung!
This is my second time staying at Parahyangan Apartment Bandung.... I just stayed at Parahyangan Apartment for 3 days and 2 nights and had a very satisfying experience. The unit was very clean, the furnishings were well-maintained, and everything worked well (from the AC, hot shower, kitchen appliances, to cable TV). The bed was very comfortable.
The apartment's environment is beautiful, quiet, and safe. Facilities like the swimming pool and gym are also well-maintained. The location is very strategic, close to Trans Studio Mall and toll road access, making it easy to explore Bandung.
What impressed me most was the service from the management and owner. They were very responsive in answering questions, and the check-in/check-out process was smooth and flexible. Thank you for the convenience! Highly recommended!

A comfortable place to rest, mostly occupied by students.
The location is good, the air is cool in Bandung and very refreshing. However, if you arrive too late, parking is a bit difficult. Overall, it's good.

Staying at Parahyangan Residence for 4 days yesterday was very enjoyable 💕😍. I stayed on the 26th floor. Starting from the friendly service even when my door access card was problematic, it was handled professionally and friendly ❤, the cleanliness of the room, complete kitchen equipment (the stove has gas, the water dispenser is okay, the refrigerator works, pots, frying pans, cutting boards, knives are all there, complete cutlery, rice cooker is there, iron and table are there, towels for 4 people are there, the room AC is cold, the wifi is smooth...wow, basically I give it five stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. In the hotel area there is Indomaret, Alfamart, coffee shop, laundry and even a barbershop. So what other pleasures will be sanctified?...Alhamdulillah, if I go to Bandung again I will definitely come back here again. Thank you Parahyangan Residence 😘😇

We must pay for parking for about 30K rupiah after 4 hrs which really expensive because the parking lot is really limited. No option for garbage management inside and outside the apartment units.

Hai Mr. D, thank you so much for staying with AYA Stays..to be clear..About parking rules, it is already written in description..next time in case you plan to book apartment, there will always fees for parking. Since apartment has different rule with hotel..But in parahyangan residences actually the parking fee is considered really low compared to other apartments (please check). At Parahyangan there is maximal tariff only 30K per day, others has no maximum tariff rule FYI. About the garbage management you said, there is a garbage room each floor, please do ask next time in case you're having issues wherever u stay next time, we are only one text away. Thank you..

It's very comfortable to stay here, the apartment environment is comfortable, clean. The CS I stayed with was very helpful and fast response. All amenities and facilities in the room are also complete and have good quality. Hairdryer, iron, teflon, and rice cooker etc. Even dish soap is available. Very suitable for staying with family who still want to cook too. Plus there is prime that we can watch, access to the pool. The only minus is the toilet is not very clean and lacks fragrance. Overall, very comfortable! Keep up the good work. Definitely will come back, let's stay in more other apartments

I've stayed here many times and this is the best room I've ever had. Wi-Fi is good, no problem... Electricity is too, usually I have to buy a token. Also, fragrant towels, dish soap are provided, and there is soap even if we bring our own. There are complete tissues and I didn't use them because I brought them too. Mineral water is available and I didn't use it because I was already prepared with mineral water. Overall, the best, thank you tenant ❤️
