First time trying to stay here, I saw all the good reviews and tried it and it turned out to be really that good, the room was clean, the equipment was complete, there was a gallon of water and cooking utensils… InshaAllah next time I go to Bandung I want to stay here again… Thank you AYA stays n Parahyangan Residence…

Stayed here last week for a short staycation and had such a great time! The unit was clean, comfy, and had everything we needed. I brought my kids along and they really enjoyed it, especially the pool! It was a fun and relaxing break for all of us. The staff were super friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. That really made our stay even better. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience. Would definitely stay here again!

The view from the room is very nice, beautiful. The room is also clean and spacious, the toilet is also clean. Our family is happy to stay here. there is a swimming pool, close to the city center especially CIWALK. The admin from AYA STAYS is very friendly and informative, very helpful. Unfortunately, we couldn't stay here long, later if we go to Bandung again, we will definitely book here again.

We had a lovely stay in this clean and spacious 2-bedroom apartment. It was perfect for our family with a toddler — enough room to play, safe and quiet surroundings, and spotless throughout. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the appliances and utensils we needed to prepare meals, which made things so convenient. Highly recommend for families!

check in process must wait until 14:00. take the laundry key. for check out we asked for late check out at 13:00 but was informed that it would cost 45,000. even though we had said to just wait until the dzuhur prayer first. the trash can is littered with ants. please provide coffee & tea. the rest is ok.
