I stayed for 6 days for business purposes, the hotel is comfortable, clean, and tidy. The location is close to state-owned enterprises and has easy access to the airport, high-speed train, LRT, and Transjakarta buses. There are also sports facilities, even a golf course not far from there. Park Hotel is a choice that is hard to ignore.

I had booked a non-smoking room when booking, but when I checked in, I was told that the non-smoking rooms were full, and if I wanted to stay in a non-smoking room, I would have to pay an additional fee of almost 200 thousand to upgrade to a room type that still had non-smoking (the room size was apparently the same, but newer, as the receptionist said).

Overall, it's okay. The location is close to KCIC Station, Cawang Station, and the busway stop. The room is okay, and the breakfast menu is extensive and varied. You also get a complimentary snack upon check-out. However, the toilet is sometimes clogged.

Overall, it's okay. The location is close to KCIC Station, Cawang Station, and the busway stop. The room is okay, and the breakfast menu is extensive and varied. You also get a complimentary snack upon check-out. However, the toilet is sometimes clogged.
