The hotel staff were very friendly, helpful during check-in and check-out. When I had a problem with the AC not turning on, I contacted the hotel staff and they immediately handled it quickly so the AC would work normally again. Thank you very much for your service.

The room is spacious with a cheap price. I have never found anywhere in Airy regarding this luxurious room in Airy. Complete with hot water, sofas, tables, etc. The service is also very friendly. How many times have I stayed here, and never been bored. When visiting Jakarta, the first place I was looking for was this hotel.

Yesterday, I chose a deluxe room, but the pillows smelled of drool, like they were all dirty and had holes in them. The sink had a small water tap. Even though the hotel was expensive, it was a good value.

The receptionist was indifferent, which is understandable considering the price. The AC wasn't cold enough. It's okay to stay here occasionally. I like it because it's closer to the station and it's really easy to find food.

A review of my stay here for a few days. #Pros: -Deluxe room is as pictured, with a sofa, chairs, and a table. -Spacious room. -Cold AC. -Cable TV. -Close wardrobe and plenty of storage space. -Bathroom is not bad. -Most comfortable, and I like hanging out in the lobby. -Coffee and water dispensers are available on each floor. #Cons: -The mattress is a bit hard. -There are rat sounds on the ceiling. If you leave food on the table, there are rat bite marks. This is the worst. Hopefully, it can be fixed soon. It was a very comfortable stay here, but the rats were a bit uncomfortable. I gave it a 7.5 because of the rats. 🙏🙏

I recommend this hotel, it's cheap and cheerful, the rooms are also spacious. However, when I first arrived, there were a lot of people hanging out because the hotel is very close to the residential area.
