The room looked like the picture. The deluxe room was just right for one person in my opinion. Will fit two, but nicer for one person. The shower only had warm water (not hot), but with this price, that's fine. Right across the hotel is a 24-hour minimarket, which was great cause I needed to buy something and it was already late. Thankful for the minimarket!

I have stayed many times on Picasso, and have quite well experience. I always have a smoking room in here, the staff is great and helpful even for a late check-in. The security guys is well-mannered and helpful.

I tried the suite room (no breakfast) with my family. The room was big and bed also comfortable. They have TV, a desk, and small fridge. There bad there was no window so the room has no access to sunlight. Also the pillow kind of dirty, it supposed to be white but 2 out of 4 pillows are kind of yellowish. The bath room is big but there is no soap available on the sink. Only toot brush and tooth paste. Hopefully the management can improve this in the future. The access quite easy to reach because its near Haji Nawi MRT station.

Another second time staying here. Smoking room are provided which is good, the downside probably there 's no window or airflow for that. L have pleasant time staying here this time.

Went to this hotel many times. I always happy and satisfied with all the things that hotel has offered, I really do. Except last night, I had to change the room twice due to there was a cockroach in the room. Even worse, the staff didn't even say sorry or any other apology the way the supposed too. There was 2 staff in the reception which male and female. The female one look doesn't care about what happened, the male one was laughing and joking around about what happened that time. So shame, management has to solve the problem on the cleanlines and even worse the attitude of the staff
