landed in Bali on June 29, 2025 at 8.30 WITA continued the journey to the Platinum Jimbaran hotel. Warmly welcomed by the lobby doorman and receptionist (forgot their names ... sorry), then the check-in process but because we were too early from the check-in time that was enforced, we finally tried to enjoy the hotel atmosphere in the swimming pool area. oh yeah ... in the check-in process, it was very helpful with the receptionist's effort (forgot her name) to upgrade the room from a family room to a deluxe beach view. then continued lunch at the restaurant while waiting for the time to enter the room. while in the restaurant, our family was greeted and served warmly by one of the staff named Liang (bartender), we had just met and just got to know each other but it felt like meeting family at the hotel hehee ... thank you bli Liang. Long story short, we were informed that our room was ready to be used, which was supposed to be checked in at 15.00 WITA but at 13.30 we were able to enter the room (thank you very much to the kind and friendly receptionist) sorry if I forgot her name. When we entered the room ... Wow, the room was big and the facilities and amenities were amazing for that rate, it was really worth it. The breakfast menu had a lot of variations and the taste was really good, as well as the a la carte menu which was also delicious at an affordable price. We also thank the room attendant (housekeeping) who cleaned and tidied up our room during our stay. We checked out on June 1, 2025. The hotel environment is really great. Close to the beach. Anyway, our family is very satisfied and we would like to thank the hospitality from the Platinum Hotel for a very memorable short vacation that made it hard for us to move on to have to return to Jakarta hehehhehe. God willing, we will return to stay at the Platinum Hotel if we have the opportunity to go to Bali again. sorry if the review is too much because actually there are many more things I want to say. More suitable for a 4-star hotel in terms of service and facilities. Until 7 pm, there is no bellboy, so you have to lift your own luggage. The breakfast place is small and the menu is not very varied. The room is not very clean, the milk spill on the table was not wiped clean.
