for the Hotel Parking attendant at the Hotel..
SOP hotel guests cannot book or reserve parking locations!
but yesterday anyone was able to book and reserve for parking???
I often stay and always follow the hotel SOP.
If there is an SOP, I hope the treatment is the same.

This is my first time staying at this hotel, the service is friendly and good, but for the room, I'm sorry it smells of urine and there are rats, it's very disappointing. I hope the cleanliness can be improved because the room is very dirty and for the food it's just so-so with the price already above 500 thousand, I think it's unreasonable for breakfast to be like that...

The sheet is not pure white, there are stains that have been treated, and there are nail clippings in the gaps between the mattress. A WhatsApp request took more than 20 minutes to respond. The item arrived in the room in total, taking almost an hour. Please fix this.
The Wi-Fi connection is intermittent.

It's quite good, but the lack of toothbrushes and toothpaste is quite a hassle, even though pop is still available in Jogja. And the security guard guarding the mall door is apparently unfriendly and acts as he pleases, smoking and squatting to greet guests.

This is my first time staying at this hotel, the service is friendly and good, but for the room, I'm sorry it smells of urine and there are rats, it's very disappointing. I hope the cleanliness can be improved because the room is very dirty and for the food it's just so-so with the price already above 500 thousand, I think it's unreasonable for breakfast to be like that...

A clean hotel, comfortable beds, and great amenities. It's integrated with a mall, so you can buy just about anything. It's easy on the budget.

The sheet is not pure white, there are stains that have been treated, and there are nail clippings in the gaps between the mattress. A WhatsApp request took more than 20 minutes to respond. The item arrived in the room in total, taking almost an hour. Please fix this.
The Wi-Fi connection is intermittent.

It's quite good, but the lack of toothbrushes and toothpaste is quite a hassle, even though pop is still available in Jogja. And the security guard guarding the mall door is apparently unfriendly and acts as he pleases, smoking and squatting to greet guests.
