Baru pertama kali menginap di guest house dan menurut saya fasilitas dan pelayanan guest house ini tidak kalah dibanding 2-star/3-star hotel, harga terjangkau dengan fasilitas AC, heater, kettle air panas, kulkas, air minum galon, amenities yang cukup, serta card access bila dibanding harga yang ditawarkan sangat worth. Untuk menuju wisata di Kotagede hanya butuh 5 menitan menggunakan sepeda motor. Ke Malioboro, Taman Sari/Keraton, Prawirotaman, Terminal Giwangan butuh waktu 15 menitan menggunakan sepeda motor. Bagi saya lokasi cukup strategis dan tenang. Hanya saja suara berisik dari luar kamar bisa terdengar dari dalam (perlu kebijakan kebisingan). Overall sangat puas!

Salah satu guest house yang direkomendasikan kalau mampir ke Yogya. Kamar bersih, AC dingin, kamar mandi juga bersih. Resepsionis ramah dan sangat helpful 👍🏻. Akan kembali menginap ke sini lagi saat mampir Yogya.

Saya pesan dua tipe kamar, family dan deluxe. Untuk tipe kamar family sangat nyaman dan sangat luas untuk berempat. AC sangat dingin padahal ada 2 kamar. Recommended! Untuk kamar deluxe 205, awalnya AC tidak dingin, namun setelah lapor dan dibantu resepsionis, AC cukup dingin dan nyaman. Kamar bersih, wangi dan semua fasilitas berfungsi dengan normal. Bakal balik lagi ke sini. Thank you.

Sesuai namanya, guesthouse ini adalah salah satu guesthouse premiere. Dekorasi kamarnya begitu cantik, dan romantis. Fasilitas kamar juga lengkap, jarang sekali guesthouse yang memberikan fasilitas teko listrik dan kulkas. Tersedia juga kolam renang di rooftop, namun tidak terlalu luas. Lokasi strategis dekat pusat kota. Sangat recommended untuk dicoba dan menginap kembali di sini.

The hotel staff were very helpful with the check-in process, making it hassle-free and relaxing.
The AC in the suite was very cold, and the room was quite large.
The hot water was excellent.
The parking area for motorcycles is quite spacious, but not so much for cars.
There are plenty of power outlets, so finding one wasn't difficult.
Recommended for a hotel located 18 minutes from the city center.

I've stayed here several times, and the service is quite good. Once you check in, everything is complete. But today, I met a different guard. I had to leave the room to ask for a towel, toothpaste, and toothbrush. They didn't even check if there was soap. He said again. Usually, the guard is very friendly. Ugh, it's unlucky on Sundays.

Waiting for check in until 2:50 PM to get a room with the excuse that the room was still being cleaned. The room had no window, so be careful when booking a room type even though it was spacious and clean. There was an incident where my husband left his wallet from Sunday when checking out, but on Monday night when we felt like we left our wallet at the hotel after searching in the car, house and restaurant, we called the hotel and were told to wait to ask the CS staff, about 15 minutes later we were informed that there was indeed a wallet left behind, with a nominal value of 5 million rupiah, only 1.5 million rupiah was left. Even though my ID card was in the wallet when I checked in and I left my phone number but I was not contacted immediately. Very disappointed, especially since we were not informed immediately, if we had not looked for and contacted the hotel because we felt like we had left our wallet, maybe we would not have been informed that something was left behind. BE CAREFUL WITH VALUABLES
