Female servants are less friendly, bitchy! The water dies in the morning when you defecate again, really bad! The worst thing is when you want to check out before 12 it's been expelled! Because guests who want to check in have arrived. The slave lady waiter was asked instead of c / I at 2:00 hrs? It's a bad experience staying at Penida Castle. not recommend at all!

The staff and service is very good they are friendly and helpful. Wifi is very good and reliable so my advice is to prepare all trips at the hotel because in Nusa Penida the signal is very weak. Download maps offline on google maps, I highly recommend. The food here is good so I didn't find any problems during lunch and dinner at the hotel, indeed the location is a bit far away everywhere so it's hard to find a restaurant that is close by. Oh yes, we can go shopping to the staff, we always buy snacks and this makes it easier for us not to have to leave the hotel. Near Crystal Bay. The rest of this place is like in the middle of the forest and quiet.

Nice staff nice room although i have some problem with booking but their have good solution. Nice room, near to Crystal beach. You can hire their motorbike with fuel only 70000idr, car one way to port about 200000-300000idr.
