The room was clean, only the AC was missing, maybe because the freon was out, I swear the room was really hot, I remember the room was on the 2nd floor, number 213/219.

Very poor security. There were 2 people of unknown status knocking non-stop while I was taking a break. When asked at the receptionist no one knew. Not recommended.

Add more snack options so that if you want snacks you don't have to leave the hotel, and next time please scrub the bathroom, it's dirty and has lots of stains.
