It was a pleasure to stay at this hotel, it was clean even though there were some problems such as the TV and the tap having a bit of a problem but everything was fine, the staff were friendly, it was close to the town square, that was the good point besides the cleanliness and tranquility, if I go to Batu I will stay at this hotel again, hopefully there will be regular maintenance so that minor problems can be resolved, thank you

Got a cheap price, but the ROOM and SERVICE, and EVERYTHING, are top notch!👍👍👍. Makes you ADDICTIVE when you go to Batu Malang again, you want to stay here again👌🙏

the hotel staff is friendly", the hotel is worth it, but when you get a room in the front, the noise from vehicles from the outside road can be heard, and the room is not soundproof so the sound from outside can still be heard and the sound of guests in the room can be heard from outside so it disturbs the guest's privacy because it is uncomfortable. SUGGESTIONS YES!!! The position of the toilet in the bathroom should not be right, it should be fixed immediately because it is difficult to defecate if the shower is on the left. If possible, close all the ventilation so that the sound from outside cannot be heard. There are still lots of ants in the bathroom. then the shower water comes out small and not strong enough so when taking a bath it doesn't use enough water. Thank you🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

The room is clean, free tea, coffee and mineral water, close to the town square, the staff are friendly and never get tired of staying here, it can be your regular accommodation if you go to Batu again.

The bathroom is dirty and smelly, first you have to clean the bathroom before entering and buy a bathroom freshener. The bed sheets are a bit brown, worn out or washed as usual. The hot water is good, but it only lasts 3 times, after the 4th shower, it's all cold.
